Ele instala também 1 arquivo chamado HALE.EXE que é 1 verificador do proprio ativador para verificar qualquer modificaçao junto da microsof dos aquivos ativadores a qual pode ser desativado via msconfig a linha que contém algo relacionado a C7 ou entao aumentar o intervalo de verificaçao que vem por padrao muito curto.

execute o comando abaixo diretamente no executar do windows (tecla Win + R). Ou entao desative via MSCONFIG.

This is from hale, the monitoring component of C7. You can change the interval scan timing in the registry:

Navigate to the following key in your registry editor:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Chew7


Double click on the IntervalSeconds value to edit it. Then notice where it says "Base" with the radio button options for "Hexadecimal" or "Decimal"... select "Decimal". Now change the "Value data" textbox to the number of seconds you want it to wait between Chew7 patch integrity scans. The maximum is 600 seconds (10 minutes).
Changing the value from the default 30 seconds to somewhat 90 or 120 seconds keeps the cpu utilization in a normal range
